On the Other Side of Yes

Happy Sunday morning! I am so thankful you’re here 😊

Reading this verse this morning was a quick reminder to me that I don’t have to strive to be better than anyone else, just better than myself. Better than I used to be, better than I was yesterday. I’m realizing God has called me to be just who He created ME to be. What a relief, right?!!? Now that’s a foundation I can build on!

When He plants a desire in my heart, then I just have to know that He has known all along I could do it. I don’t have to be better than the next person, just always working to be a better version of me. Gleaning from those who have gone before me, but learning I don’t have to compete, has brought me to realize I can say YES more! I can trust the desires God has placed in my heart instead of running from them. I can trust the provision is waiting for me on the other side of YES! Do you find yourself running from the thing you know God wants you to do?

When He said in Isaiah 43:19…I will make a way in the wilderness… Guess what?? He meant it! That’s His promise! If He says he is doing a new thing, He makes a way!

Revelation 21:5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”

God is SO faithful, and I am so so so thankful to be His girl? Aren’t you glad you’re His too 😊 🙌
